Workplace conflict stems from a range of situations including dissatisfaction with decisions, inappropriate workplace behaviour, discrimination and workplace bullying. If left unresolved, minor issues can escalate into major problems disrupting and impacting on the workplace. This workshop is designed to assist managers and complaint handlers in organisations to prepare and conduct both formal and informal investigations within the workplace.
The workshop is designed to provide the participant with a variety of options and will deliver practical skills on the preparation for and tools that can be used in the investigation of complaints. The workshop is focused, experiential learning and will assist the participant to develop and expand their skills.
